vidulus GmbH has founded a subsidiary. With immediate effect, generatum GmbH, based in Kordel, bundles the competencies in the areas of Amazon Web Services, software development and the development of static websites. In the future, the wholly owned subsidiary of vidulus GmbH will act as a competence center for the digitalization of activities and processes, especially in the financial industry, including the fund industry and its extended environment. Bastian Schwind-Wagner, Managing Director of the two companies, sums up the goal of the foundation: “To meet the increasing demand and to fully exploit future potential. With generatum GmbH, the vidulus group has founded a new subsidiary in Kordel. With the additional company, the group is not only responding to the growing demand for solutions in the areas of digitization, the establishment of the subsidiary rather represents a logical step for us to promote the growth of the still young group of companies.”

generatum GmbH was established at the headquarters of the parent company. This location represents a strategically very good position, many projects in Luxembourg can be reached with short travel times. “Due to the possibility to work remotely, we can also basically imagine to operate EU-wide,” Bastian Schwind-Wagner added in conclusion.
